Is there any way of checking who has changed licenses quantities?

Yes, C-ESP keeps an audit trail of license quantity changes along with which user changed them. In order to access this information, you need to log into the C-ESP portal and click on the relevant subscription within the ‘License Subscriptions’ box on the home page. This will take you to another page where you then need to click on ‘History’ tab which will show you any license changes.
