How can I interact with an open ticket?

When you raise a ticket you will receive an email containing details of the issue you have raised. To see the latest status or add further detail to your query you can:

  1. Reply to the email, being careful to retain the ticket number in the subject line of the email.
  2. Follow the status link provided in email communications to view your ticket in the Service Desk online portal.
  3. Log in to the Service Desk using the same email address that you used to raise the ticket (or is associated with the ticket).

Customers with support plans including phone support can also call the number provided in their support contract to get status updates on tickets or discuss open issues with a service desk representative.
